Hello, I recently bought a blu-ray copy of Rocknrolla, but the digital copy code is expired, what do i do?
that is odd Did you buy it pre owned by any chance? The only 2 options I would suggest is take it back to where you bought it or try to contact the distribution company you bought it from like Sony, or what not.

Problem playing Blu-ray combo discs in PC?
I recently installed an internal blu-ray drive in my PC, and so far so good. I checked it with every blu-ray I own (which, as of now, isn't a lot). With the exception being “District 9″.
When I put the disc in, it tells me I have an unsupported disc in the drive. My theory is that since it's a combo disc (with a PS3 game demo), it's interfering Read the rest of this entry

In the past 2 months, I have bought 2 blu rays off amazon.com. My PS3 is region 2, however the blu rays are region 1.
Harry Potter 6 worked fine, no problems,
but UP did not work.

The Advantages Of Direct Tv Over The Competition
By now you have heard that it’s time to make a change. Before the big blackout in 2009 occurs, you have to decide whether you should order satellite TV, Internet TV, cable or a digital tuner. You could try living without TV for a while but how could you live with yourself knowing that you will never see another Homer Simpson D’oh gag? How could you go on knowing you will never hear another Ugly Betty fashion zinger? Most importantly, how could you ever forgive yourself if you walked out on The Office’s Michael Scott?
The answer has to be in satellite TV or cable TV. A digital tuner is going to end up costing you a month’s worth of cable/satellite bills anyway. It is better that you end up with more channels for your money! What are the primary advantages of Direct TV’s satellite options over other options like cable or Internet TV?
Cable TV and Internet TV have much of the same problem: they are more expensive than satellite TV, have less channels overall, and offer a less stable reception. DirectTV offers the lowest subscription price in the industry for nearly 300 channels, over 100 of which are HD only, and exclusive sports packages with the NFL. What are some other advantages of satellite TV?
Many satellite subscribers are given the option of a free DVR (Digital Video Recorder) system. This unit allows viewers to digitally record programs on other channels, or to automatically program the system to record channels by name alone. One exciting new feature that the DVR system offers to viewers is remote recording. The viewer has the ability to control their DVR system miles away from the home. How this works is that they log onto their account from an Internet connection and then program their DVR online.
There is also more Internet connectivity with the Sunday Ticket package. Sports fans can get cellular phone score updates or even view highlights of plays. Any subscriber can actually log onto a website and see live sports coverage via their wireless connection. Therefore, if you are ever stranded in a hotel and are miles away from your favorite sport team’s home town, you are in luck!
Another feature worth mentioning is HD TV. Blu-Ray may give you tons of extra features on all your favorite movies, but a subscript
1000
ion to Direct TV can give you many more movies on a daily basis. HD TV channels with this satellite subscription also include channels that broadcast classic comedy, cutting edge cartoons, educational shows and hard-to-find sports coverage.
However, the best advantage to ordering Direct TV is in price. Not only are customers charged a low monthly fee when compared to most cable providers, they also get a discount on free equipment when they sign a service contract. This makes Direct TV the best choice for TV viewers who want the full experience in 2009, instead of settling for a digital tuner and maybe one extra digital channel besides local affiliates. For more information on Direct TV contact the website and see what specials the company is running for December-January.

blu ray – Is Blu-Ray the End of DVD?

When DVD players first came onto the market they cost an absolute fortune compared to the then current VHS video format. So the process of people converting to DVD was a slow one. Eventually though as costs reduced people started to switch and now nearly everyone has a DVD player in the home.
Now the new kid on the block is Blu-Ray and the whole cycle seems to be happening again. When these players Read the rest of this entry
